The Motobilt, Inc. Competition Stubby Front bumper is a versatile choice designed to fit both the Jeep YJ and TJ Wrangler models. This bumper boasts a stubby design that extends to the edge of the frame rails, providing a streamlined and rugged appearance.

One of its standout features is the integrated winch mount, equipped with mounting holes suitable for both full-size winches and the Warn RC comp winch. Precision is at the forefront of its design, as the bumper is 3D CAD designed and then crafted using CNC laser cutting technology from 3/16-inch high-strength steel plate. The shaping process is carried out with precision on a hydraulic press brake.

For those with a Jeep TJ, this bumper is thoughtfully designed to accommodate the factory sway bar. Its end caps offer ample clearance, allowing access to the cross member tube at the front of the frame rail for mounting an aftermarket sway bar if desired.

Additionally, this bumper features robust 3/4-inch thick steel d-ring mounts, which are a significant strength feature. These d-ring mounts extend through the bumper body, allowing our skilled welders to weld the brackets on both sides of the bumper, further enhancing its durability and reliability.

Note:

• If installing a winch, MB1002 fair lead mount or the MB1141 fairlead will also need to be purchased.
• The MB1002 does not work with the Warn VR Evo series. 
• The Badlands Apex 1200 winch will not fit on this bumper as the body interferes with the D-Ring mount.
• The Warn VR and VR EVO series winch will require either a winch spacer or the D Ring mounts will need  to be shaved for clearance.
