The Rock Krawler Suspension JL 3.5-inch X-Factor "No-Limits" Mid-Arm System is purpose-built for Rubicon owners seeking a comprehensive, straightforward system that delivers the market's finest articulation within the MID-ARM category. Our system consistently proves its robustness and off-road capabilities, whether you're driving on city streets or conquering challenging off-road trails. The "No-Limits" label is derived from our front sway bar links, meticulously designed for use with the factory electronic sway bar disconnect feature that comes standard in your Rubicon Wrangler. These sway bar links are equipped with factory-sized hardware, a CNC machined billet aluminum center section, and feature Made in the USA heim joints from FK bearing. After installation, simply press the button and tackle the toughest terrains with ease!
Our industry-leading X-Factor Series includes adjustable upper and lower control arms, providing a total of 95 degrees of misalignment when used in conjunction with our Pro-X Krawler Joints and Adventure Series joints. This substantial reduction in binding, compared to factory JL control arms, empowers you to fine-tune the JL's caster and pinion angles for both the front and rear axles with precision.
To ensure you enjoy the most comfortable ride possible in your Wrangler, we've integrated our TRIPLE RATE coils. These four coils operate in harmony to deliver exceptional on-road comfort, surpassing the performance of OEM linear rate springs. The coils are meticulously engineered with the correct "Free-length" to accommodate off-road articulation and remain firmly seated in the coil bucket, provided you have the proper length shock installed. They respond with precise control to bumps, rocks, sand, mud, and various challenging terrains.
Additionally, all Rock Krawler JL systems include correction pads to counteract the spring bow inherent in the factory setup. The supplied track bar geometry corrections for both the front and rear axles ensure ideal axle centering without compromising on-road handling. This system is tailor-made for Rubicon owners who demand top-notch performance and articulation both on and off the road.
Specifications
- All lift heights based on Rubicon models for standard style build (i.e. front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full size spare).
- XR Package does not require OUR raised rear track bar bracket, the factory axle has a raised rear trackbar bracket, and for OUR systems that do not have a rear trackbar one must be added.
- If building with a spare delete we recommend dropping 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
- If building an overland or heavily up-fitted build in the back, we recommend upsizing 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
