Looking to run larger than factory tires and hit some hard trails in your JL or JT? The M210 JL/JT Front Axle truss is the next upgrade for you!

This truss reduces deflection of the axle housing, and ties in everything from one end to the other to prevent the dreaded bent or broken front axle.
Not only does this address the common failure point of the FAD Cast section (Front Axle Disconnect failure as seen above) found on factory JL/JT front axles, but this truss also goes above and beyond by going over the top of the differential to tie the driver side tube, passenger side tube and cast center section in to one another. This optional section is completely bolt on and removable to give you proper access with tools to your upper control arm bushing that is pressed into the housing above the differential.
Optional Upper and Lower C Gussets are offered as well to strengthen your outer "C"s where the ball joints are pressed into the housing.
This truss is laser cut and precisely formed from 3/16" steel for a great fit, and is designed to work with the M210/Dana 44 Advantek Axle found in most 2018+ Rubicon trim JLs and JTs. Jeep has begun to introduce changes to the housing center sections with the introduction of Mojave JTs/Xtreme Recon JLs and some minor modification may required on these later housings.
This is a DIY kit that requires welding and fabrication. If you are not comfortable/experienced with welding to cast, please work with an experienced off-road shop with a competent welder to complete the process of welding this truss to your axle housing.
